Icon of Kande

djinni made me this beautiful icon of Kande, the hera of my sword & soul series Kande's Quest (which you can find via the Serial Poetry page).  Also his Icon Day is currently open for requests!

Kande Icon

You can see the beauty marks on her face, done in a style used by various African tribes to show off admired traits such as pain tolerance and a kickass immune system.  The Y-marks are the base standard, part of the puberty rites.  You can ask for as many more dots as you want.  As Kande puts it, "My face fell in love with the knife."  Hawt hera is hawt.
