Perhaps we should take notice of the good things that happened as well as the bad?
While I know a lot of people weren't very happy during 2014 there were a lot of good things that happened too.
The price of gas came down by half of what it was this spring and I think that's a wonderful thing. I'm proud to see gas for less than $2 a gallon again.
Another thing: We didn't have another major hurricane hit the Gulf coast this year. (I've got family and friends that I care about that live down there.)
That's two things to be grateful for anyway and I suspect that there are others if we take the time to think about it...
