Today's Yardening ...

Today is turning into the day from heck.  For a friend of ours, day from hell.  Schedule in a jumble.  Le sigh.

I took a bag of daffodils outside to plant around the birdgift tree.  Realized there was brush around the base of the tree.  Went back to get trimmers and cut the brush away.  By then I was too tired to plant the flowers.  Okay, fine, maybe I'll have energy later.  Put the tools and daffodils back where they were before.

And now it is raining.

Aw, some days you just have to give yourself a break. Hope tomorrow is better. We had torrential rain here too.

I have tons of indoor tasks in want of attention also. I was just hoping to get the flowers planted soon. I have a rule about not buying more before I've finished the previous batch.
