On top of that, only 10% of rapes are committed by a stranger. How many people wear shorts like that around their romantic partners, or people they know? You'd have to wear them CONSTANTLY, and they're still easy to get off or work around.
I see what these people are trying to do. But I honestly don't think they'll do anything good. From what I've seen, people who believe "clothes mean yes" are actually ANGERED by these clothes, because it means that women are EXPECTING to be raped, which is misandry or some such bullshit.

Possibly so. However, this clothing is designed to provide a practical as well as psychological deterrent. Some women may find that valuable. I wish for them to have that option.
