our local pet shop had sugar-skull-fabric shirts for dogs for $3. guess what puppy now has a dia de los muertes outfit? she got tons of compliments on it (though she's a lovely enough dog that yesterday, sans costume, we got stopped by about twelve people, and complimented in passing by twenty or so more, on a three-mile round trip to do the banking.)
