Innnnteresting. And apparently this is easily undo-able, unlike dreads (which I have seen on multiple ethnicities), which ... aren't... the style also looks more snuzzle-able :) (Dreads are *prickly*! at least on Northern European hair...)

Of course, Lyria having magic, I need not limit Lyria's look to just one hairstyle. She may well want to experiment. At her power level, it would be absurdly easy for her to have a different hairstyle every hour of the day and not even work up the proverbial sweat. Whereas there are other Human mages in her world who would burn themselves out if they tried changing their hairstyle magically every hour in a day.
Now that's a gorgeous hairstyle!
