Strange Cephalopods

... are really strange.  The cuttlefish video reminds me of Tim the Tentacle Monster, whose dermal dexterity is at least that good in terms of being able to produce moving colors.

Now that's impressive. I did not see the octopus until it broke camouflage.

I agree. Feel free to request more Tim during any relevant prompt call.
Neither did anyone else, including the naturalists... the guy with the cam was just swimming along and *boom!* Octopus, jetting off and trailing ink...

And so noted about Tim. Yay!
I have a race of Ah'Koi Bahnis (the humanoid species on Traipah) called Chahm'ah'kaag, who have chromatophores in their skin. A lot of them give away their emotional state by the color of their skin. Like if they're happy, their skin ripples rainbow colors. If they're in a sour mood, their skin turns the color of rotten milk or somesuch. I like describing their color changes.

The Chahm'ah'kaag, by the way, are a race that came about due to some AKB doing genetic engineering.
That sounds cool. I like color-changing aliens.
