Aww!

We live on the edge of a national forest, and the neighbors are at war with the deer, who like to eat certain flowers in the garden. The neighbors refuse to do what the rest of us do, which is figure out which plants the deer don't like. (And then, if you're my mom, you plant some of the plants they like to eat anyway.)

We don't get why they live here if they don't like the animals. Most everyone else thinks it's a plus. Go figure.
