Water Wars

I keep a sharp eye on water wars.  We have this problem building in America, too, though it's not causing much actual bloodshed yet.  In Kenya it is.

How long have I been watching this topic?  Since I was little.  It got really sharp in junior high, the first time I went out west. And the problems are just getting worse.  Water is civilization.  No water, no civilization, no historic exceptions.  People living outside their local water budget or actively destroying water sources make me extremely uneasy.
