Diverse Families in Nature

For those idiots who think that only one male/one female relationships are "natural" here are some examples of diverse relationships in the animal kingdom.  Science fiction writers may also find these, and other such examples, useful in constructing alien species.  I get a lot of my ideas from science and nature.  It makes for aliens who are nothing like humans in furry (or scaly, or whatever) suits.
