Springwatch

Here's a report of early spring with fruit trees out of blossom.  

My fruit trees have not bloomed yet, but the snowdrops are done, crocus nearly so, daffodils in bloom, and forsythia starting open.  Early, very early.  The first sprouts appeared in January and the first flowers in February.  0_o

When I was out walking this morning,
I saw daffodils already bloomed...
I'm pretty sure this is at least two weeks early.

It's here, and there's nothing to but enjoy it while it can be enjoyed.
120 degree summers and scorched earth can't be far behind.

Once I saw a map of global warming projects that showed which parts of the Earth would become too hot to support human life, and when. Illinois was listed at something like 100-150 years. That was disturbing.
