The Ethics of Cloning a Neanderthal

This is an interesting exploration of cloning a neanderthal.  The "no peers" argument is bogus by reason of prevention, however; if people are concerned about it, they can simply produce several neanderthals, which would be a good idea for both social and scientific reasons anyhow.
