Read "River Watching" by Lilfluff

lilfluff has written "River Watching" which is possibly the most uplifting postapocalyptic story I've ever read.  Also, yay for "the other sciences" fiction!  This one highlights riparian biology.  It makes a very timely accompaniment to my "wild animals" Poetry Fishbowl this month.

Thank you for the kind words! I had some false starts before reaching what I posted. I may have gone and made myself a new setting as now I'm finding myself asking, "And what next?"

I would certainly enjoy seeing more of this setting. "After Man" is a favorite motif of mine. If you write more, let me know and I'll pimp it for you.
