Composing Magic at Borders

I'm scheduled for an author event at Borders in Champaign, IL on Saturday, August 18 starting at 7 PM. The main feature is my new book Composing Magic but the store is putting up a table with some of my other writing, such as PanGaia and newWitch magazines, and the new Llewellyn 2008 annuals. First I'm hosting a poetry workshop for magical/spiritual poetry, and there will be time for autographs afterwards if people want to buy a copy of my book. If you've already got the book, feel free to come to the workshop anyway! I'll have poetry worksheets and recommended reading lists to hand out. I'm really looking forward to this; I love encouraging other people to write.

Don't worry, you'll have other opportunities. I enjoy presenting the poetry workshop so I'm sure to do it again. I might even repeat it at the St. Louis Pagan Picnic next year.
