Now that I think about it, I have to say we are moving ever closer to just that.
Back during the 80's when they were just starting to do DNA studies on people, there were a bunch of health insurance companies who demanded that would-be customers donate a sample of their blood. Turned out that the reason for it was that they were using the blood to check for certain high-cost genetic disorders. If you turned up positive for one, they turned you down for coverage.
The insurance companies still want to be able to do this but they are forced to look at other markers for potential genetic illness. One such marker they pay close attention to is your weight.

That is clearly unjust, and needs to be justified one way or another.
The scariness of a bone marrow needle, and the pain of the procedure, is one of the reasons I favor equalizing this. It is sure not scarier or more painful than pregnancy/birth! And it doesn't last nearly as long!
But- if forced bone marrow donation is illegal- as it currently is- so should be forced pregnancy. Same thing. And if forced pregnancy is legal- I want to see these men donating bone marrow, kidneys, and lungs.
The recent "health care reform"- otherwise known as mandatory health insurance bought from for-profit companies- does have some protection for pre-existing conditions such as weight and genetics. I'm waiting till that goes into effect before getting a physical, myself.
