Where the Money Goes

Other countries have money for important things like public education, universal health care, and bridges that don't fall into the nearest body of water.  Where is America's money really going?  I'm sure we could put most of that to better use.

But we can start first strike wars against third world countries and build a missile net in other people's countries to make sure we alienate another large power, and get lots of our citizens thumping huge cases of PTSD and not actually pay money to help them deal with it! Surely that makes for a WONDERFUL country.
