A Very Tiny Dragon

But neverless, unmistakably a dragon.  Or perhaps a fire-lizard.  I am particularly charmed by the butterfly-colored wings; you can even see the teeny rib bones supporting the vanes.  I always did think dinosaurs would have been colorful.

That little creature is intensely beautiful. I wonder how the joints in its ribs work to let it spread and close its wings.
From the picture, it looks more like a glider than a true flyer. I suspect the ribs adapted to use the joint where they connect to the spine in back, shifting that from a relatively stationary joint to a mobile one. But it probably has a limited range of motion.
