Monday Update 7-1-19

These are some posts from the later part of last week in case you missed them:
Weekend Adventures
#pocketwin: Lagenlook Aprons
Thursday Yardening
#pocketfail Eddie Bauer
Aspects of Game Design
Guy in a Wheelchair Builds a BBQ
Emotional Intimacy Question: Gratitude
Poem: "Sojourners"
Wednesday Yardening
Cuddle Party

My social media campaign #pocketfail (along with #pocketwin for good examples) have attracted a little activity. \o/

There will be a Poetry Fishbowl on Tuesday, July 2 with a theme of "respect is a need." I hope to see you then!

Poetry in Microfunding:

There is one open epic.

"Learning the Vocation" belongs to Path of the Paladins and is now complete. Johan reveals a secret.

"A Cave Swarming with Strange Forms of Life" belongs to Polychrome Heroics: Iron Horses and is now complete. Kenzie and Pretty Ears talk about next steps.

"Everyone Can Dance" belongs to Polychrome Heroics: Shiv and has 15 new verses. Shiv realizes a possible catch in the plan.

Weather here has been intermittently rainy. Seen at the birdfeeders this week: a flock of sparrows, a flock of mourning doves, several house finches, a pair of cardinals, and a rabbit. Currently blooming: violas, petunias, pinks, marigolds, alliums, lantana, torenia, million bells, moss rose, firecracker plant, salvia, nasturtiums, phlox, gaillardia, clover, Asian lilies, daylilies, golden rain tree, cleome, and a bunch of other things. Mulberries are ripe. Crabapples and apples have green fruit.

Winterfest in July Bingo Card 7-1-19

Here is my card for the Winterfest in July Bingo fest. It runs from July 1-30. Celebrate all the holidays and traditions of winter! (See all my 2019 bingo cards.)

If you'd like to sponsor a particular square, especially if you have an idea for what character, series, or situation it would fit -- talk to me and we'll work something out. I've had a few requests for this and the results have been awesome so far. This is a good opportunity for those of you with favorites that don't always mesh well with the themes of my monthly projects. I may still post some of the fills for free, because I'm using this to attract new readers; but if it brings in money, that means I can do more of it. That's part of why I'm crossing some of the bingo prompts with other projects, such as the Poetry Fishbowl.

Underlined prompts have been filled.
