Cuddle Party

Everyone needs contact comfort sometimes.  Not everyone has ample opportunities for this in facetime.  So here is a chance for a cuddle party in cyberspace.  Virtual cuddling can help people feel better.

We have a
cuddle room that comes with fort cushions, fort frames, sheets for draping, and a weighted blanket.  A nest full of colorful egg pillows sits in one corner.  There is a basket of grooming brushes, hairbrushes, and styling combs.  A bin holds textured pillows. There is a big basket of craft supplies along with art markers, coloring pages, and blank paper.  The kitchen has a popcorn machine. Labels are available to mark dietary needs, recipe ingredients, and level of spiciness. Here is the bathroom, open to everyone.  There is a lawn tent and an outdoor hot tub. Bathers should post a sign for nude or clothed activity.  Come snuggle up!

Poem: "You Have Already Proved It"

This poem came out of the September 4, 2018 Poetry Fishbowl.  It was inspired by a prompt from DW user Satsuma.  It also fills the "women being awesome" square in my 9-2-18 card for the Ladiesbingo fest. This poem belongs to the series Path of the Paladins.

This microfunded poem is being posted one verse at a time, as donations come in to cover them.  The rate is $0.50/line, so $5 will reveal 10 new lines, and so forth. There is a permanent donation button on my profile page, or you can contact me for other arrangements. You can also ask me about the number of lines per verse, if you want to fund a certain number of verses.
So far sponsors include: DW user Satsuma, janetmiles

118 lines, Buy It Now = $90
Amount donated = $40
Verses posted = 28 of 45

Amount remaining to fund fully = $50
Amount needed to fund next verse = $1
Amount needed to fund the verse after that = $1

1000 Words or Less Bingo Cards 9-5-18

[personal profile] lacrimula_falsa is hosting the 1000 Words or Less Fest over on [community profile] allbingo from September 5-October 5. It focuses on short works. I would love to get some prompts or square claims for this that relate to short forms of poetry such as haiku, tanka, indriso, triolet, or sonnet. I have a handful of fans who really like form poetry and/or prefer standalones to series. Just make sure you give me prompts that are concise instead of plotty. Forms are great because I can just pair that with a content prompt, but other stuff is fine too. (See all my 2018 bingo cards.)

If you'd like to sponsor a particular square, especially if you have an idea for what character, series, or situation it would fit -- talk to me and we'll work something out. I've had a few requests for this and the results have been awesome so far. This is a good opportunity for those of you with favorites that don't always mesh well with the themes of my monthly projects. I may still post some of the fills for free, because I'm using this to attract new readers; but if it brings in money, that means I can do more of it. That's part of why I'm crossing some of the bingo prompts with other projects, such as the Poetry Fishbowl.

Underlined prompts have been filled.
