The Crowdfunding Creative Jam went great this weekend. I wrote 8 poems, of which 7 are already listed and the last one drafted but not yet polished and thumbnailed. There are also links to a couple poems based on my prompts.

I finally finished printing the year-end collections.  We'll be taking those for binding soon.  Yay, progress!

The bonus Poetry Fishbowl will be on Tuesday, January 19 focusing on The Moon Door series.  If you want to read about lycanthropy, chronic disease, and women's relationships then come give me prompts or watch for the new poetry to appear.  I am especially hoping to hear from some of my fans who are living with body issues that require creative coping skills.

The Rose & Bay Awards are open for nominations of excellent crowdfunded projects active during 2015 in the following categories.  Please come propose your favorite projects for recognition.  All categories need more activity, but especially Art and Other Project.
Art (0 nominees)
Fiction (3 nominees)
Poetry (2 nominees)
Webcomic (3 nominees)
Other Project (1 nominee)
Patron (3 nominees)

We had a little snow and a little rain this week.  The bird feeder action has been heavier than it has all year!  Seen at the bird feeders this week: huge flock of sparrows, smaller flock of mourning doves, several cardinals, two squirrels, and a downy woodpecker on the suet feeder.  This morning I finally got a look at the larger woodpecker's belly, which is blank, so it's a red-bellied woodpecker instead of a northern flicker.  Woohoo!
