Read "A Matter of the Heart" by Catsittingstill

catsittingstill has written a set of lyrics, "A Matter of the Heart," inspired by my poem "Follow Your Heart" (from the March 20, 2012 fishbowl, currently unsponsored).  It's a lovely meditation on how deities and followers resonate with each other.  catsittingstill is exploring ways to do crowdfunded music, so if you like the lyrics, you can chip in to fund a tune for it.  There are lots of other lyrics getting posted too.  The songs that prove most popular with the audience are more likely to get performed and eventually put on an album.

Poem: "Follow Your Heart"

There is a matching set of lyrics, "A Matter of the Heart," by catsittingstill for which a tune could be crowdfunded.  It speaks of the core theme in this poem, the relationship between patron deity and follower.
