This is an advance announcement for the Tuesday, December 6, 2011 Poetry Fishbowl. This time the theme will be "chocolate and other foods." I'll be soliciting ideas for people who work with food, fans of chocolate, cooking equipment, objects associated with chocolate, interesting food mishaps, the effects of chocolate, exciting discoveries in chocolate, kitchens, restaurants, places where chocolate is produced, the connotations of food, occasions associated with chocolate, and poetic forms in particular.

Based on my prompt, shadows_gallery did this sketch of an eagle soaring.  I love the sense of size and the hint of different feather types.

Also, I am now aware that Governor Sam Brownback is a sucking butthead who blows a lot, as he responded to a young woman's accusation of same with a vigorous practical demonstration.  Just in case there was any doubt.

Dude: if you can't handle people mocking you, then you are SO in the wrong profession.
