This poem came out of the August 16, 2011 perk fishbowl.  It was inspired by a prompt from my_partner_doug following a discussion with janetmiles.  It was sponsored by laffingkat.  The form is a double-dactyl.  You can read the other Monster House poems online.

Bogeyman, bogeyman
Looming and lurking and
Pale as a fishbelly,
Hair free of comb --
He is a monstrous thing,
Incomprehensible,
Murderous, menacing ...
'Til he comes home.

There are new verses in "Restoration."  zianuray funded some last night, then laffingkat did more this morning.  This poem tells how the radiator dragon came to live in Monster House.

southabi has posted an update about her Kickstarter project.  So far she has raised $300 of $350 for launching a website about bipolar disorder.  She is also looking for essays, poetry, and other material dealing with this topic.

I have added eight new poems to the Monster House listing on the Serial Poetry page.  These poems came out of the extra fishbowl on August 16.  So far, five of them have been published online and are linked in the list.  There are now 20 poems in the Monster House series, wow!

jadedeath has posted a video of an interview with Amanda Joy Lim on the set of Aether Dancer.  We get to see more of her dressed up as Pandora.  I think the metallic makeup looks nifty.  Check out the IndieGoGo page too.
