Pay What You Can

I'm pleased to see this community-friendly response to the recession:

Business Booming at Pay-What-You-Want Cafe
As restaurants compete for customers in a cash-strapped economy, the SAME cafe in Denver has doubled its business since the recession. The reason is that there are no prices on the menus, just a "Pay what you can" philosophy. If you can't afford to pay at all for the largely organic, homemade food, you can volunteer to wipe tables, weed the garden or wash dishes.(Reuters Video)
