Schrodinger's Heroes: Alter!Quinn

Schrodinger's Heroes  is an apocryphal television show about quantum physics and keeping the Earth safe from alternate dimensions.  If you're not familiar with it, you can browse the menu page.  The following images may make more sense if you have read the descriptions for Melannen's characters and my characters.  LOL_Heroes is a branch of LOL picspam inspired by Schrodinger's Heroes.

Quinn is a French-Canadian transman with fair skin and slender build.  His hair changes color and style frequently.  Quinn will try anything; the Quinn/ATM abbreviation in his fanfic means "Anything That Moves."  Alex invited Quinn to the grand opening party for the Tef and kept him around because he's unflappable and resilient in the face of warping realities.  Outsiders easily underestimate him, but in fact he is quite observant and effective.  Sometimes he gets turned into a cat, or is a cat in alternate dimensions.  Alter!Quinn can be just about any kind of cat, usually with some sort of strange color(s) or hairdo. *grin* Quinn is a sleeper. He looks and acts like a party animal. People forget that he's also a business analyst with a successful consulting career. While there's a lot of stuff showing his tendency for recreational substances and practical jokes, there are also hints about his ability to blindside the opposition and steal the goal right out from under their noses.

Thank you! That's what I'm aiming for. I started LOL_Heroes as an asexual awareness activism thing, but soon realized the potential for character development and inspiration. Some of the batches kind of tell a story, or several stories.

Quinn's batch is different, which makes sense given his uniquity. It's far more descriptions of him than quotes by him. It's also the first time that imaginary fanfic titles have popped up in these images, although many of the others imply stories in their scenery and quotes.

Yeah, same here. My reaction would be, "See y'all later, I'm going out freerunning." I always envy cats that when I'm stuck in a lumbersome body. I want to be able to run through a woodpile and bounce off walls.

Partway through the LOL_Heroes stuff I had the idea of capturing people's reactions to their transformation into cat form. Some take it in stride, while others freak out, and it's not always who you'd expect. Quinn, of course, is alarmed by nearly nothing except for labels. Furcasting? Noooo problem.

I love Quinn. I love the whole Schrodinger's team, but he's a favorite.
