Schrodinger's Heroes: Schrodinger by Himself

Schrodinger's Heroes  is an apocryphal television show about quantum physics and keeping the Earth safe from alternate dimensions.  If you're not familiar with it, you can browse the menu page.  The following images may make more sense if you have read the descriptions for Melannen's characters and my characters.  LOL_Heroes is a branch of LOL picspam inspired by Schrodinger's Heroes. 

This batch of pictures is all about Schrodinger, a black neutered male.  He belongs to Alex, a quantum physicist.  He actually launches the show by chasing a mouse across the control console during the first big experiment, causing the system to warp reality.  Because some scientific breakthroughs begin with "Eureka!" and some with "That's funny..." and some with "CAT!!!  Get OFF of there!"  Schrodinger has some fun adventures, in canon and out, assorted examples of which have been illustrated in LOL_Heroes. In the beginning, there was a cat.

There was also a government grant, but that comes slightly after the cat.

You see, the cat got the grant, by being small and weak and very cute right in front of the NSA man who didn't want to be known as a spy. The NSA man wanted to be a mathematician, but instead got co-opted by his parents into applying for a job as a cryptologist. He was a very good cryptologist, working the math of quantum probability, and he loved Schrodinger's Cat.

That's how Schrodinger saved the world the first time.
