This might not be as bad as it looks. The breastplate wouldn't need to move too much. The "skirt" would give flexibility at the hips because of its construction. I'd need to take a better look at the shoulder pieces, but, they'd have to be flexible enough to allow the wearer to bring his hands together in front. Otherwise they couldn't use a spear.

The high neck in place of a separate gorget is actually a thing of beauty. There's no weak gap for a thrust to go through. It protects the face where the helmet doesn't.

I wonder if I could talk someone into actually making this. Just, you know, cause. :)
