I do find it interesting, as a cook, to eat each week's CSA offerings. This is more of a challenge for us, since the share is supposed to be for a family of 4 and there's only 2 of us!

I've learned to cook things I'd never encountered before- like kohlrabi- and learned to like (some ways) of cooking stuff i didn't like (like eggplant).

And one year, we ate *14 pounds* of zucchini/summer squash in a week, and without getting sick of it! Stuffed zukes are one of the delights of the summer, and zuke "hash-browns" are really yummy.

And in the winter- sometimes i even voluntarily buy eggplant. :)
