There were another 16 on the separate post for the freebie poem, "Sir Rosalind Rides," which proved hugely popular. Check out the illustration contributed by
Another interesting point is that almost all the poems were inspired by solitary prompts, rather than pairs or trios. I suspect this is due to the topic: many of the prompts were based on historical personages or events, so they tended to be self-contained. Most of them had a serious or even cautionary note, although I did get one very light-hearted piece, "The Tree Cozy."
So far I have made a total of $22 on this fishbowl. Two people have promised to send contributions on Monday, one of whom is also contemplating a scrapbook page, which would be another first if it comes together. Current sponsors of the April fishbowl are:
Thanks to the audience at large for some great inspiration. You're a treasure.

I think the most elegant method, however, would be to make the arrangement with digital scrapping and then print out the result on the mongo art printer. Basically, copy and paste the upper portion of the painting to create a full page of the clouded background, and on another page, copy and paste the upper portion to fill the remaining page. It's likely to take 3 pages total, because the original poem is just over 2 pages (which could be snugged in) plus the picture (which needs more room).
Next, blank out the center portion of each page, leaving room for the text, with the cloud pattern as a frame. The center portion could be made pale grey, very faint cloud pattern, or pure white. Then choose the fonts for the text -- I'd suggest Times New Roman for the main body and something calligraphic for the title -- and paste that in.
