Hahahaha! And the disabled should stay home where they are safer, because they can't run.
Yes, in an ideal world everyone would just run away from the big bad bully, mugger, rapist, murderer, etc. and everyone would live happily ever after.
But that isn't here in the US, the land of the desperate, the lawless, the "me first, devil take the hindmost" type of "rugged individualist".
