A few years back the local PBS station offered an "Arkansas Outdoors Cookbook" as a pledge-gift. It is FULL of recipes for all kinds of wild meat.

I have several "wild game" cookbooks. I also have a big all-venison cookbook, and a book on processing deer that has some recipes. I love stuff like this. It often includes little tips and insights on how game meats perform in a kitchen and how flavors interact. I cram that data into my creativity engine, it strips everything down to spare parts, then reassembles the options into whole new recipes.
