One Shining Warrior

Well, what do you know ... there is at least one warrior of valor left in this poor wreck of a country. I admire this man.

He lives in New York. Would someone in NY please find a team of draft horses and drag him into public office?

I say we put him on the ballot.

He says it very plainly, and very well. He avoids rancor and rudeness, and still manages to articulate everything I've tried to splutter when people tell me I'm unAmerican or show that they follow blind patriotism. I can't keep the rage out, but he can. And that's very valuable.

I would say we could make him governor, but the man that is replacing Spitzer is an absolutely brilliant choice.

Maybe we can make him next in line, though (I don't know who is moving into that spot, however)
