Pimp Your Stuff

filkertom has a "Pimp Your Stuff Thursday" meme going in his LJ.  I like the idea, but I prefer a monthly to a weekly schedule for this.  So ...

Lots of folks I know offer things for sale and/or services for hire.  However, it can be hard to figure out where you can alert other folks to your goodies without annoying them in the process.  Here is an opportunity for you to pimp your stuff.  You can also browse the cool things that other people have posted and maybe find something you want or need.

Please include:
A brief description of your goods and/or services
Some kind of contact info, such as a URL where people can buy your stuff
Anything else that's important to know about your stuff or how to reach you

I create custom, non-traditional dreamcatchers for the non-traditional dreamer. I use thread to add a wide spectrum of colors as well as beads, gems, buttons, silk flowers, and various other findings to decorate each dreamcatcher and bring your dream to life.

I can be found at Catch A Dream where I offer my original designs and the opportunity for custom designs.

On custom items the process takes a bit longer but once the elements are selected and the design is finalized then it generally only takes a day or two to create.
Wow, your work is beautiful!
Thank you! :D
Those are amazing dreamcatchers. You are very creative!
Thank you very much! I love working on them and creating new designs. :)
I am a painter, printmaker, and mixed media artist whose work has a strong emphasis on the feminine form, urban, African and African American motifs. My current cyberfunded creativity project is a collaborative painting, my Art for Haiti Relief project. I also sell works on Etsy.

If you are on Facebook, feel free to become a fan or follow me on Twitter.
Beautiful!

Well, if you'll excuse another memo from the department of redundancy department,
there are my books.
Also, I do write reviews on amazon.
If anyone reading this thinks a review on amazon might help their book,
they can comment here to make arrangements for sending me a copy.
I'm not really past custom work yet, but as I get organized in this new place, I'll be getting my Etsy shop and my web-site up and going and then will have lots to pimp. In the meantime...

I design and sew period, Serenity-themed and almost any sort of costuming.

I make brocade instrument bags and computer cases; fully functional, lined, waterproofed and stiffened with plastic canvass so they'll stand up to real life activities. I haven't any good pic yet, but I suspect my lap top bags will be one of my 'tickets' to popularity.

I make nifty wearable-art jackets out of natural fabrics that are comfortable, gorgeous, fashionable and fun.

I can be reached at rowangolightly (at) gmail (dot) com.

I write books.

There are some that aren't on the site yet:
new ones from Amber Allure

Showdown at Yellowstone River

Dreams of Steam my newest, in which I commit poetry.
I spend most of my time being a psychologist at a college counseling center, and raising five kids... but every once in a while I take some photos. :)
These are very eye-catching photos. Thanks for sharing!

I make drawstring bags (poly brocade/satin "emo" fabric lined with poly cotton, or pure silk down to the drawstrings - perfect for tarot cards), and some handbags. Also beeswax candles (no added scent). I have to get my stuff photographed and up in my GimpWorks store on Etsy. Contact me at lj (at) gimpworks (dot) com.
I do tarot readings! I offer a wide variety of readings from the (hopefully affordable) to expensive, one-on-one types. I am also willing to barter readings for items that I'm interested in, especially new books, and handmade things. For barter, contact me at deyaniera at gmail.com

For regular readings, hit my website!

*is reminded she still needs to add hours to her site...d'oh!*
(Sorry, late night, 2nd 3rd go to get the html right, I'm really tired but hate having bad html in someone's post!)

Thank you for doing this! I've bookmarked the entry and will take a look at people's links tomorrow since it's a bit late tonight.

I'm a photographer. I've got Pinepig Studio at Cafe Press where I have things like travel mugs, cups, cards, boxes, and (later in the season) calendars with NZ landscape photography, plants and flowers, antiques and critters. (If you are in the US, they are having a sale until 30 July, spend $45 or more in any of the shops (not the marketplace) and get free economy shipping, only in the US and not to any PO Boxes--Coupon code: 45SHIPS)

I've got some free screen savers and e-cards at my Pinepig albums at Webshots with a large variety of stuff from California, Nepal and New Zealand

And I've got 3 books in my Blurb Pinepig bookstore: 2 photo books of New Zealand and a photo essay about the passage of time and damaged headstones at Waikumete Cemetery, NZ's largest cemetery.

Or if people want to reach me they can also PM me.
