America's Ruling Class

This article argues that America's ruling class spans Democratic and Republican politicians, who are so dissimilar that differences are trivial ... and who leave a majority of American citizens without congruent representation.  I'm not entirely sure whether it pans out as more liberal or more conservative, as it has bits of both and criticizes both in different places.  But it's an interesting look at the mess our "representation" has turned into.
