Snippet Saturday: Pagan Leadership

difrancis has a meme going where you post a snippet of whatever you're working on currently. Well, I'm working on an outline of topics to cover for the Pagan Leadership column I'm planning to write for The Daily Spell.

I. Key Concepts
A. Leadership
B. Social Contract
C. Followship

II. Types of Organization
A. Monofocal
B. Bifocal
C. Council
D. Egalitarian
E. Congregational

III. Toolbox

IV. Processes

V. Uh Oh … Now What?
A. Politicking
B. Militant Nature
C. Size-based Challenges
D. Connection & Relevance
E. Burnout

VI. Special Issues
A. Family Ministry
1. Youth Issues
2. Elder Issues
B. Pagans in the Military
C. Ordination

Note that III and IV are blank not because I have no subtopics there, but because I have a LOT and haven't decided how to arrange them yet. This is very preliminary stuff, but what the heck, you-all helped get the ball rolling.

Wow... That sounds really interesting!
Which Daily spell are you writing for? The Correllian Wiccan one?

Dove
It's connected with WitchSchool, so that's probably the same. WS was connected with Correllian Wicca for a while, though I don't know if they still are.
