  • Mood:

Practicing for Mars

This simulation is so exciting!

*ponder*  While nothing can really duplicate the excitement of exploration, I think I would've hired a few science fiction writers and artists to render some plausible descriptions and scenarios ... "This weird cool thing in space happened," and "When you get to Mars, you see..."  Just the novelty of the surprises would help boost the mood.

There's a company I heard of, runs camping trips to Mars...or at least, parts of Iceland that look almost exactly like Mars anyway. Complete with Mars-habitats and hiking outside in fairly accurate space suits.

Of course, the trip there's a bit easier.
