One of my artist friends, flutterbychild, is going to make a painting and auction it as a fundraiser for Haiti relief.  She has scanned a base sketch of a woman standing beside a palm tree, and is inviting folks to suggest other figures or objects to add.  Anyone who makes a donation will get a miniature print of the finished painting.  For more details, see her post over on therebirthofme.
